This policy explains what personal information 8Bit Enterprise collects through this website and how it is used.
Information we collect
When you contact us through a form or by email, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, budget and project details. Our web host may also process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver services you request and keep our website secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
Messages sent through our contact form are stored on our website and emailed to our team. We use a hosting company to run this website, and it processes data only as needed to supply that service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, then delete them when they are no longer required.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@8bitenterprise.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
